Be Giving a Gift of Being

I am in constant flux everyday moving from being a human doing, doing, doing while try to be an awake, present human being.

As I have been journeying through this ‘beingness’, I have pondered and sat, ran and rambled and create a free gift to add value to those that want to wander and wonder as a human being.

I have created a sixty day set of emails and videos that will be sent randomly throughout the time to your inbox.  Some wonderings may surprise you, others will make you smile and chuckle, but my hope is that as a collective group of likeminded people we will live through sixty days as present, awake human beings.

I wonder as I wander…. 60 days together!

Be Off Track

I was a racehorse running a race on a track that I hadn’t signed up for.

Living the life that I thought was expected.

Trying hard to be ‘good” to all people, but myself.

I was running hard and fast.

I was constantly pushed around the track by the daily winds and the other horse and riders.

Feeling like I could never train enough, do enough or be enough to run the race.

One day my main cheerleader, my amazing listener, my main supporter, my incredible mama died.

This horse stopped dead in her tracks.

I chose to hit the pasture in the middle of the race course.

I made a decision to eat some of the best food on the planet right now.

I decided to rest with the other horses on the inside of the race course.

I stopped in my tracks.

I went off track!

Yup, that’s me in the middle of the race course hanging out, living out of this race called life.

I am off the track.

AND I FLIPPIN LOVE IT!

My expectations on myself and those I choose to be in relationship with are GONE!

My idea of what my life could look like has completely changed.

My time is precious, the greatest gift that I can share on this earth.

I am full of gratitude!

I am able to be myself.

Full of thoughts tumbling in my head and words pouring out of my fingers as a Wordsmith.

Energy radiating out of my being as I move through my day.

Love flowing from my heart for those I see living life around me and through the beautiful medium of Facebook.

Peace sitting within my being as I hold and allow myself to be imperfectly where I am.

Honest, authentic and often waaaaaaay to blunt for some people’s likings.

Yup, me hanging out off track!

AND DID I TELL YOU HOW MUCH I LOVE IT?

Love a duck, I am the most fortunate woman in the world.

I have found my path in life, the way I am meant to wander.

Off track.

In the trees, like I am ten years old.

Playing in the powder with my boys.

Full of emotion, wet kisses and lots of hugs.

Having the time of my life as I play, make mistakes, learn and LIVE in all areas of my life!

I am alive!

Off track.

AND LOVING IT!

Be Rich! $$$

What would it mean to you to be rich?

Could it be possible for you?

I knew it was possible for me but I didn’t ‘know’ how.

Until now…

Rich can mean having a great deal of wealth or assets. It can also mean being plentiful or abundant.

I have finally figured out that I am rich!  Yup, ME!

⭐️ I have space in my life to create the days I desire.

⭐️ I am privilege to look into the eyes of these beautiful souls on a daily basis and to witness my children’s childhood.

⭐️ I am present with intuitive friends like Ned, Isa, Ang and Mich and talk about healing, dreams or life.

⭐️ I watch our four year old love up his dog while Summer lies in the snow.

⭐️ I smile at people as we walk by each other, sharing time and space.

⭐️ I talk about water, sleep, protein, minerals and poo with people.  (Ah the richness of health!)

* I believe money is a river that flows as we help others around us.

⭐️ We are able to create a suite in our backyard to invite new people into our lives.

My eyes are opened up to how rich or abundant my life is.  I just didn’t see it before.  I lack nothing.

I lack NOTHING!

I have more than enough.

I live in abundance.

I am enough.

With great richness surrounding me everyday.

Look, what riches do you see around you?

Be ‘Flow’

A word for you.

A word for me.

A word to sit with,

To help me be.

Prayer.

Freedom.

Are a few words I have pondered.

In 2016, I definitely know

That my life will be about

Find flow.

Flow with others.

Flow within.

Flow with finances.

Flow to begin.

Each day.

Each moment.

Each thought.

Each deed.

Finding flow flowing over and around and through me.

Being me.

With flow.

In flow.

Flow.

Be Riding Nana’s Bike (Post about Joy!)

Lately have you felt that happiness that just flows out of you?

Your teeth seem whiter and brighter?

Your smile is larger than life?

Joy seeps out through every skin cell in your body?

IMG_4106[1]

Last weekend, we decided to get the bikes ready for a ride to a local coffee shop.

We noticed Nana’s old bike in the back of garage from when our friend Sara used it last year.

We asked our oldest, JC, if he wanted to ride Nana’s bike.

The ride was PURE joy for him and it flowed through us all.

He loved the feeling of being up on Nana’s bike.

He was mesmerized with her gears.

We talked about all the different places that Nana used to ride her bike and how she would often just miraculously show up in our backyard for a ‘break’ and a drink of cold water.

Really we knew that Nana loved a destination and she loved seeing her people!

As we watched JC ride Nana’s bike, happiness flowed out of us all.

Our teeth seem were whiter and brighter.

Our smiles were larger than life?

Joy was seeping out through every skin cell in our bodies?

A perfect joy-filled precious moment.

Just being.

Enough.

Be Lighting up Flu February

3 little sickies lying on the couches.

3 red faces.

3 fevers hot.

White candles burning.

Filling up the space.

3 little boys lit up with light.

Holding space with my boys.

Holding my boys.

Water.

Soup.

Apple sauce.

Toast.

3 little boys down for the count.

Not for long, though, so world watch out!

With gratitude for the choices that I have made to allow these days to be simple days where I still get paid.

Freedom.

Day by day.

Being present.

Mothering my boys.

Being me.

Be on a Negativity Fast and Positivity Feast

I have learned how to cleanse.

I love the freedom it brings my mind and body!

I have previously fasted from Facebook, sugar and books.

I loved the awareness that it brought.

And when I heard about a negativity fast and positivity feast for 40 days of Lent, I felt like this was the best idea yet!

I love the possibilities that this will bring.

I believe that every word that I speak and write has power, seen and unseen.

I believe that one person, me, can change the world around me by being positive in thought and mind.

I believe that if I am intentional about being positive, I will find positive!

Anyone want to bite off a huge chunk of positivity and feast with me for the next forty days?

Here is what Igniting Hope Ministries talks about during this season:

Let’s all take a big chunk of positivity in uses well as through us and watch what will happen!
This post is inspired by the incredible work Igniting Hope Ministries does affecting the seen and unseen world.

Be Doing Imperfectly Great Things

Striving to be “perfect”?

Without flaws.

Without mistakes.

Living the perfect life.

Making the perfect decisions.

Constantly striving to live in a state of “being” perfect!

Are you exhausted just reading that?

I feel fatigued just writing it as I think about my former mindset and my former decision-making process.

I am now striving to do imperfectly GREAT things.

Just doing the do.

Writing.

Talking.

Loving.

Being.

Present to whatever comes my way and knowing that I will NEVER be free from flaws nor mistakes, but I have a depth of spirit that will allow me to apologize and change course as needed!  I am easily adaptable because of the grace that I am constantly given and the grace that I can give others.  I know that great things come out of just being present and imperfect.

Tuesday and Thursday mornings are the time when I have all three boys in school. I fill my time with a bit of exercise, writing, and connecting with people.

This morning, I awoke to one sick, JC, my current sidekick for the day!

Previously, I would feel deep anguish over the plans for my day having to be adjusted.  I would feel stress in my shoulders and a turning in my tummy as I pondered how to make the day work.

Today, I felt InCrEdIbLe! An opportunity to hangout with my oldest.  My “to do” list was thrown out into the abyss to be pondered for another day.   I love being able to spend time with each of my boys together and individually.  My “doing” can always wait, but my “being” is the greatest gift that I can give to myself and others.

Being present.

Doing great things.

Through the imperfections of life.

With flaws.

With mistakes.

Loving.

Being.
